Itty Bitty Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies {Foodie Friday}

What is better than chocolate chip cookies? Chocolate chip cookies with oreos. Geez! I can’t believe you didn’t know that. Next to ice cream, cookies are one of Caroline’s favorite things to eat. She certainly loved these cookies and loved helping put the oreos in the middle.






Itty Bitty Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies


1 recipe Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 bag mini Oreo Cookies.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin pan
2. Put a small amount of cookie dough on the bottom of each muffin pan. Place a mini oreo on top of the dough. Seal edges together by pressing and cupping in hand until Oreo Cookie is enclosed with dough. Place onto a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet and bake cookies 8-10 minutes or until cookies are baked to your liking. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Serve with a tall glass of milk, enjoy!
