What I'm loving lately {January Edition}

On my old school ‘family’ blog that I never update anymore I used to post about things I like. I never post on that blog anymore, but thought something similar would be fun to do here. It’s a small roundup of a little bit of everything. Maybe a book I’m reading, song I love, a new product I love or something else completely random.





Picky Palate
Many food bloggers are starting to release their own cookbooks. But most of these cookbooks include crazy complicated ingredients and are not things that most people would ever really eat. I have been following the Picky Palate blog for awhile now, and I have to say that I want to eat almost everything she posts. When her new cookbook finally arrived at the library, I was the first in line to get it. It is full of pages and pages of yumminess. I’m half tempted to go out and buy my own copy.

Aerolatte

My mom bought me one of these years ago for Christmas and I used it like crazy. I don’t drink coffee or anything, but I love to use it for hot chocolate. It helps mix and makes the top frothy. Long story short, I killed my Aerolatte by using it until it died. Ok, that’s really the whole story. Hah. So this year for Christmas, my mom got me a new once. Awesomesauce!!

FFH
I actually used this on a previous post on the old blog but I love it so much I had to post it twice. FFH has probably a dozen albums, but this one is my all time favorite. I listen to all of them, but I always come back to this one. .

Once Upon a Time I try to avoid getting attached to TV shows, because I generally can’t watch them regularly. I don’t like living by my TV schedule. However, I got hooked on this show last fall and have not been able to give it up..ok I’m not really trying to.

Uggs
Warm shoes with no need to wear socks. Need I say more?
