I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream 4 Ice Cream

Thanks to Renee for reminding me that I had not posted these pictures yet. Caroline's party this year was so much fun. The theme was 'I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream 4 Ice Cream.' She was turing 4 obviously. And this worked perfectly because Caroline loves ice cream. A lot.

Sweet Shoppe Candy Party

As you probably know I had a ‘Sweet’ party for Caroline’s Birthday back in January. It was nothing like this, cause you all know how cheap I am, but this one was so adorable I just couldn’t resist sharing. This was styled by Kara’s Party ideas. My favorite detail is the bubble gum machine punch dispenser.

I also really like the ric rac / paper and candy necklace bunting. Now that is a lot of candy necklaces..

One year old in a flash

Check out this party by Elle Belle Creative. I have secretly been hiding this party in my email for over a year. When I saw it, I thought that it was soo cute and wanted to use it for Caroline's Birthday. This was before I really understood much about the party blog world. Now I know...But I still love this party and I think my favorite part is the cupcake toppers with the kid's face. These would probably be pretty easy to do on picnik or something. then you would just have to cut them out. I would love to try that some day. Hmm. maybe I could make some with DH's baby picture for this birthday this year...Let me get on that...

Now that Christmas is over, and we are all completely exhausted, it is time for me to put all my time and attention into Caroline's birthday party as it is quickly approaching! I have been thinking about decorations and these are super simple ones that will add a nice touch. Time to get busy..

Pancakes and Pajama Party

This probably sounds really cheesy, but for the last couple of months I have been thinking about how much fun it would be to get together with some of my girlfriends and have a sleepover just like in high school. Most of my friends are different and now we're married with kids, so there are a few complications, but I think a girls night in sounds so much fun. So when I saw this pajamas and pancakes party on Pizzazzerie it kicked my sleepover needs into overdrive. Now this is a party for a little girl, but trust me, it doesn't matter. I still like pancakes.

Come on, any party that incorporates donuts on a stick...I am so there.

Girlie Owl Birthday Printables

Love this. Dr. Seuss is a great party theme for a girl or boy. Pretty much anything crazy or weird will go with this one. Super hero Birthday

Ok, If you have a child that loves Superheros you MUST see this party. It is absolutely adorable. It was shot by a professional photographer and therefore this is the only photo that I can share.
