WE finally made it to dessert! If you are already working on a Thanksgiving menu--or even if you're not, give these a shot. I made them bite size and so they were utterly irresistible. You will have to hide them from yourself. Promise.

Pumpkin Pie Seasoning {Foodie Friday}
Welcome to pumpkin month. Probably my favorite in the Foodie Friday world.
Here's a quick DIY that will add some 'spice' to your life.

Peach Pie {Foodie Friday}
Here's the problem. My motivation- it's gone. It wasn't until my recent promotion that I realized how people could work all the time and literally not care about anything.

Refrigerator Dill Pickles {Foodie Friday}
I hope you planted cucumbers in your garden this year! We actually didn't get to plant a garden this year, because we just bought a house and will be moving at the end of the month!

Lemon Crumb Bars {Foodie Friday}
I think we may finally be crossing into spring. The weatherman says the temperatures are going to be in the 60s this weekend and the tree in my backyard is starting to bloom.

Gingerbread Doughnut Muffins {Foodie Friday}
If you are still planning what to eat for Christmas here is a wonderful idea. these Gingerbread muffins are the perfect way to to start Christmas morning, or any winter day, really. They are light and fluffy, yet not overwhelming. The first time I made a gingerbread recipe, the result was a little spicy and it made me nervous to try again, but I am so glad I did!

Apple Pie {Foodie Friday}
It's like a fall staple right? Apple orchards everywhere are selling them by the bushel and a peck (ha)-not to mention cider, apple butter all the rest. Truth be told I have never been a big baked apple fan. I like apples, but was never really into baking them. Let's just say some adventures in homemade applesauce made me a convert (recipe coming soon!)

Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies {Foodie Friday}
It's nearly fall and I am so excited. I am taking photos for a wedding this weekend and I am all sorts of excited about it. What does that have to do with these cookies you ask? Nothing really, but let's just add it to the list of things I love: Fall, weddings, cookies, mmmm...

Strawberry Cupcakes {Foodie Friday}
I love summer. I love strawberries. I love icing. I am an icing person. I think it’s the best part of any cupcake and it certainly is not an exception with these. The strawberry puree really just takes these off the charts. The original recipe made 34 cupcakes, so I have halved it below. If you needed a reason to visit your local Costco to buy berries en masse, now you have one ;)

Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes {Foodie Friday}
I’m kind of weird about lemon stuff. Most of the time it just reminds me of what a clean bathroom smells like. I suppose there are worse things that it could smell like. Anyway, that is not the case with these cupcakes. They are the perfect mixture of lemon and blueberry goodness.

Pretzel Bites, with a twist! {Foodie Friday}
Last Christmas my sister and I made these soft pretzels for our annual appetizer night. We were very happy with the results of our first time pretzel making skills. This year we went for something a little more finger food friendly. Pretzel Bites!

Sugar Saucers {Foodie Friday}
Let’s face the facts. Sometimes I can be downright lazy. During those times I need some sugar to either indulge myself or to get my rear in gear. These cookies are perfect for either. They are super easy and quick to make and they taste delicious. Crispy on the edges and soft and cakey on the inside. Well they are covered in sugar, so that’s not surprising, is it? This is a standard sugar cookie that doesn’t require any icing..although I sure that would also be equally wonderful.
